Training these 3 simple exercises builds up full-body strength. You can combine them in a simple workout:

All you need for this is something to do inverted rows with. For home workouts, these are my favorite options:

  • Sling Trainer (TRX)
  • Gymnastic Rings
  • Doorframe pull-up bar, mounted somewhere between chest and hip height

For the sling trainer and gymnastic rings, there are door anchors. You simply anchor them between the door frame and the top edge of the door. No handy man skills required.

The cheapest option is to find a park/playground that has low bars. Find the most convenient setup that gets you to workout on a regular basis.
